There is truly nothing like having a private outdoor space in NYC...a little plot of sun and air, flora and fauna (hey, you could get a bird or two) that doesn't have to be shared with the masses. On that note, I was surprised to find this one bedroom in Soho with it's own outdoor space, ready to be container gardened or just enjoyed with a few chairs. This is a great doorman building with laundry and nice, clean apartments located in one of the best little corners of Soho. Take this space and make a little magic...you'll thank me!
