The flavors and textures of Manhattan and her neighborhoods are what make this amazing city so enticing. As a realtor specializing in sales and rentals, I have the privelege of walking the streets every day, witness to their daily metamorphosis. This blog is intended to capture the beauty in the details--the architecture, restaurants, design, art, landmarks and people that comprise each neighborhood and inform our lives. I'll give you an idea of what apartments are available for sale and for rent--Picks of the Week that are special for one reason or another and act as market snapshots to help me illustrate what's out there.
