Chic Kids: Soho

As an adult, I aspire to be as chic as the kids coming out of Trico Field in Soho...it's one of my favorite stores to pass by! The styling and product is amazing- a modern kid's clothing store with an "old soul." Sophisticated without being stuffy, fun without being silly. I should look so good!

The High Life: Gramercy

Surprisingly spacious for the price and location, this Gramercy studio with sleeping loft is a deal! I get a bit claustrophobic in some loft-spaces...not this one! Plenty of room for a queen-size bed, dresser and end tables!

Lost at Sea: Soho & Chelsea

Manhattan in full of surreal moments, but coming across the public sculpture of a bather in an innertube and the glorious windows at Anthropologie in Chelsea Market gave me pause. Juxtaposing the serenity of the deep against the sea of traffic and people transports us, if just for a second, to a calmer place.

Bargain Hunt: Upper East Side One Bedrooms

On this sunny Friday, I hit the streets on the Upper East Side looking for well-priced, spacious one bedrooms- I found some. When I was searching for a studio /one bedroom a few years back, I would have killed for one of these spaces. Located in the 70s, they're both spacious and clean...a lot of bang for the buck!
