I live on coffee (closer to reality than exaggeration), so when I have a great cup....it's like heaven. My friend Julie's bakery in Maplewood, NJ, The Able Baker, uses La Colombe and from the first sip I was hooked. Rich, but not bitter or acidic...it's amazing!

LA Burdick's shop in Walpole, NH is a favorite of ours when we're at our house in New Hampshire. The fact that I can have Burdick's coffee at the office (a quick walk around the block) is a bonus. Smooth and mellow without sacrificing richness, it's a favorite.
