I like this building and I love this space and street! A walk to both the water and a couple blocks from Hudson in the West Village, it is quiet and beautiful. The space is sizeable...far more so than my photos show. A storage loft above the open kitchen plus a queen-size bedroom that has great floor-to-ceiling closet space. Stainless and granite kitchen and a marble bath...can't ask for more!

My partner and I are listing a lovely rental in Brooklyn this week, so we took some pictures on Friday to prep- I have to say, the tenant did a lovely job of decorating. I love the sculptural quality of a well-done staircase and I LOVE this Gramercy loft's airy feel...dramatic changes in ceiling heights and huge windows overlooking a park, it's a dynamic space that doesn't seem busy or distracting. Deception: Upper West Side

 I find that in most of my photos, if the ceiling height is very high, the rooms look smallish or narrow...don;t be fooled!
