Don't let the ladders and paint cans distract you! They're cleaning up these great spaces, but you have the opportunity to see them while they work! The first apartment is the teaser I posted yesterday...a gorgeous one bedroom so close to Central Park you can almost touch it! I love the architectural details in this apartment- vaulted ceilings finished with traditional molding, herringbone floors and spacious rooms and look at the doorways! The second is a wonderful, groundlevel duplex one bedroom in Soho- it has windows and doesn't have that "cave" feel most groundlevels have. Pluses? It is very large with high ceilings and an interseting floorplan. Full kitchen, doorman and tons of closet space don't hurt matters either (and the location is great!).
