 I love this building on 5th Avenue in Greenwich Village! Shopping is great, it's a block from Union Square, yet  it's quiet and unpretentious. These apartments are new to the market and in the process of being spruced up, but they rent before they are finished, so you'll have to trust me on this. The first has a wall in the living space to create a two bedroom....I can check if it's going or not. The second apartment, as a point of interest, is the same layout as the unit I featured in Dark Doings in June (about painting your walls dark colors). Take a look:
